 Q: How to access to my online account? Answer: After your registration, you receive an e-mail with your personal access code and your password.
Use them to connect to your MAX 2014 account.

Notice that both your login and your password are case sensitive. Copy/paste the info from the email you received if needed.
 Q: I forgot my password Answer: You may retrieve your password by clicking on "retrieve password" on the login page.
 Q: I did not receive my password by email. Answer: Please, verify your trash folder / spam folder in your e-mail software.
